Exorcisms

Sometimes we don’t understand why bad things keep happening. Evil is very real in our world, as the daily news will attest. To rid a person, family, home or business of evil, the tradition of Armodoxy practices exorcisms. Based on some of the most powerful resources left to us by Christ via the Apostles, the practice of exorcism targets evil and demands it be ridden from the person(s) or place.

Exorcisms demand that love be the power by which the evil removed. There is no weapon greater than that of love. Only light can eliminate the darkness, just as only love can conquer evil. It is essential that persons involved in the exorcism (family members and close friends) be empowered by love. This requires a period of fasting and prayer.

Fr. Vazken leads the individual and family in the process of building up an “arsenal” of love. This being said, an exorcism begins with a consultation with Fr. Vazken, to establish the need and procedures for moving toward the practice. Not much more can be said here.
